Having a wide variety of techniques to employ, Bryn has a unique ability to effectively focus on each client’s individual needs by utilizing a holistic approach to each therapy session. Bryn brings not only experience but also an intuitive touch that will source the root cause of a client’s pain or discomfort by exercising multiple therapeutic massage techniques to facilitate the release of muscular and energy blockages, encouraging self-discovery and wellness and restoring the balance of energy flow.   

 

Bryn is most passionate about perinatal massage, chronic pain management, injury rehabilitation, and specializing in relaxation and neuromuscular techniques. Having four young children herself, Bryn understands the joys and challenges of being a parent.  Bryn’s experience, intuition, and compassion serve as the foundation for her massage therapies, making her exceptionally qualified to address and treat many different sources of pain and discomfort.

Linda is a dedicated massage therapist with over ten years experience in the field. Linda takes a holistic approach to her practice considering not only physical but also the emotional and energetic aspect of her clients.

Linda has honed her expertise in a wide range of modalities including Swedish, prenatal, deep tissue, and hot stone massage. She is the mother of two, so she understands the daily joys and challenges that being a parent can bring. Linda is committed to providing personalized care to each of her clients,
tailoring treatments to address specific concerns and promote relaxation and healing.

Maria earned her Master of Science Degree at the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Hawaii, and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the State of Rhode Island. She is a certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine (Dipl. O.M.) by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

 

Maria has traveled to Tianjin and Guangzhou and completed advanced courses in Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture & Moxibustion, and Clinical Practice.  She has also traveled to Kenya for National Acupuncture Detoxification (NADA) Training, and as part of The Omari Project, providing NADA and Acupuncture to communities in Faza, Malindi, and Lamu.

 

Maria believes we are all capable of filling our lives with joy and everyday miracles!  She experiences this while out in nature, from playing in the ocean to digging in the garden; and most of all, while witnessing alongside her husband, all the wonders and hilarity of life, through their four active and openhearted children.

I am a strong believer that anything is possible if you really put your mind to it. All goals, no matter how big or small, start with taking that first step. I love helping clients overcome preconceived notions of what they can and cannot do...small changes over time, lead to big accomplishments that can last a lifetime. ​

 

Everyone's goals are unique, and therefore there is no "one size fits all" approach.  I have experience training a wide variety of individuals, but specialize in helping people with weight loss, and increasing quality of life through exercise and nutrition.  I don't believe in the "no pain no gain" mentality, but rather insuring that we start at the appropriate level and integrate the most adequate training modalities to help you reach your goals.  I love to set goals, and believe that the key to success is consistency; if you commit to a solid plan and progress in the right way, I promise you'll be amazed at what you can achieve. ​

Caitie earned her Master of Occupational Therapy Degree at the University of Southern Maine and is a Licensed and Registered Occupational Therapist in the state of Rhode Island practicing Preventive and Regenerative Fasciology Therapy. She is a graduate of the Fascia Advancement Academy and is trained in the use of Ashley Black’s Fasciablasters™, a group of FDA approved class 1 medical devices for fascia remodeling.

Thru extensive education and clinical experience in a multitude of US healthcare settings, Caitie has combined her traditional medical model experience with a more holistic, new-age, evidence based approach called Fasciablasting™. This method has been scientifically proven to rejuvenate the body’s fascia which can lead to alleviation of chronic pain, improvement of postural defecates, increased range of motion, elimination of cellulite and enhancing the overall physical performance of the body and more.

Caitie believes wholeheartedly in the body’s ability to heal itself. She takes an in-depth, personalized approach to each client's unique needs and goals to foster personalized sessions to foster long-lasting healing of both the body and spirit. When she isn’t practicing, she can be found enjoying nature, surfing, practicing yoga (here or around the world) and spending quality time with the people she loves.
